Praising God
 

It is almost impossible for a person to witness great beauty or excellence without that experience turning into praise and thanksgiving.  When you see a precious little baby you have to speak about that experience...a glowing smile comes across your face and your countenance changes.  The same thing happens when you see excellence on a sports field...when you stand on a seashore early in the morning...listen to a mountain river roaring over boulders...witness an incredible sunset...eat a meal at a wonderful restaurant.  The same thing happens when you experience a relationship with Jesus Christ.  It is impossible for someone who truly knows Him as Rescuer, Redeemer and Lord to not express that experience to God and others about what has happened.  You cannot keep it to yourself! 

Music is one of the most satisfying ways of expressing praise, thanksgiving, and love for the awesomeness of God.

Our greatest desire in worshiping God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ is that we would bring testimony to His greatness and reflect the glory that belongs to Him alone.

We use the Celebration Hymnal for all of our Worship Services.

We love the truth and power sung about in the classic hymns  and we also love singing of our love and need for Him found in many contemporary worship songs.

The Adult Choir practices at 5:30 p.m. on Sundays

No matter whether you worship from the church pew or take part in choir, one thing is certain...You cannot keep the excellence and beauty of Jesus to yourself...You have to sing about it!!!
